Uninstall Naxify POS

Pick the option that matches how you installed the app. Your account and data on the server are not affected by uninstalling — they stay safe.

Option 1 — Uninstall from inside the app

If the app still opens, scroll down the left sidebar to find Uninstall App (just under "Sign Out"). Click it, confirm, and the standard Windows uninstaller will launch.

Option 2 — Uninstall from Windows Settings

  1. Open Settings (Win + I)
  2. Click Apps → Installed apps
  3. Search for Naxify POS
  4. Click the three-dot menu → Uninstall
  5. Confirm in the dialog that appears

On Windows 10 the equivalent is Settings → Apps → Apps & features.

Option 3 — Uninstall from Control Panel (older Windows)

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Click Programs → Programs and Features
  3. Find Naxify POS in the list
  4. Click it once, then click Uninstall at the top

Option 4 — Portable install

If you used the portable .exe (no installer ran), there is nothing to uninstall. Just close the app and delete the .exe file from wherever you saved it.

Optional — Remove leftover data

The app stores local settings and cache in:

%APPDATA%\io.naxify.pos

Delete that folder to fully reset the app. Your account and data on the server are unaffected.
